Customer Support Engineer (Network) (m/f/d)

Benefits
This is important to us
- Several years of experience in customer service or technical support, ideally in the telecommunications industry, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of internet and network technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, network protocols), basic to intermediate Linux skills, and experience with ticketing systems
- Completed IT-related studies or vocational training (e.g. IT specialist with a focus on networking) or comparable professional experience; data center knowledge is an advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are a plus (e.g. Indonesian, Spanish)
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to work shifts and participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation
