- Knowledge in Informatics, Networking, IT, or Engineering
- Experience in Peering, BGP and Traffic Engineering, experience in Cloud topics is a plus

- Enjoy working and supporting customer solutions and being able to engage with customers as well as with internal teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills, knowledge in Spanish is a plus
