- Be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Salesforce, introducing new features, and proactively providing feedback to better develop the system
- Support sales related processes and support the operational and other related assignment given to you.
- Ensure that processes related to quotation preparation, order processing, and invoicing are continuously automated and run smoothly and are aligned with our global processes.

- A successfully completed commercial education or a comparable qualification, ideally in a Telco, Consulting, or IT-related field
- Up to 5 years of market experience in telecommunications or consulting will be a plus
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems and process management, as well as confident handling of MS Office is desirable
- A reliable, structured, and independent way of working, combined with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, both oral and written. Knowledge in Japanese is a plus
