Customer Support Engineer
Technically advanced customer support, responding to customer enquiries from national and international Customers via email and telephone.
Processing of new customer connections and upgrades with a focus on troubleshooting

What's important to us:
A bachelor’s degree in informatics or a comparable course of study with primary focus on networks
Ideally first experience in Customer Service / Support
Excellent knowledge of Bahasa as well as very good verbal and written knowledge of the English language is a must
Real team player
Willingness to undertake shift work and participate in a 24x7 on-call duty
