Technically advanced customer support, responding to customer enquiries from national and international Customers via email and telephone.
Processing of new customer connections and upgrades with a focus on troubleshooting
What also awaits you:
A bachelor’s degree in informatics or a comparable course of study with primary focus on networks
3 + years of work experience in Customer Service Support, ideally in the telco industry including spoken and written communication with customers
Highly-developed know-how on the functions of the Internet, especially TCP/IP, BGP, network protocols etc., as well as developable Linux skills. Some knowledge of local data centers and data center’ procedures are an advantage
Work experience with Ticketing Systems
Excellent spoken and written Bahasa and English skills
Real team player and willingness to undertake shift work and participate in a 24x7 on-call duty
You need to be eligible to legally work in Indonesia.
